Handmade and custom items All cups sold through Gam’s Glam are handmade by Gina Grier. Each item is unique. Slight variations in bead placement, color, and finish are a natural characteristic of handmade goods and are not considered defects.
Custom cup orders When you place a custom cup order, you are commissioning a one-of-a-kind item built to your specifications. By submitting a custom order, you confirm that the design details, color selections, and any uploaded materials you provide are accurate. Gam’s Glam is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided at the time of order.
Order confirmation An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Pricing All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged at the time of purchase is final.
Registration By registering for a public Sip & Craft event, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or attending with a parent or guardian.
Cancellations and refunds Event ticket refund terms are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy, available at gamsglamexperience.com/refund_returns.
Participation Events involve working with small craft materials including beads, charms, wire, and adhesives. You participate at your own risk. Gam’s Glam is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or damage to personal clothing or property during an event.
Conduct We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event without refund if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe to other participants or staff.
By submitting a private party inquiry and confirming a booking, you agree to the following:
Gam’s Glam may photograph or video events for use on our website and social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok. By attending a public event or booking a private party, you grant Gam’s Glam permission to use images or video in which you may appear for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, notify Gina at the start of the event. We will respect your preference.
All content on gamsglamexperience.com — including text, images, logo, cup designs, photography, and brand assets — is the property of Gam’s Glam Experience and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
